Hopestone's New Facility

Hopestone Cancer Support Center of Bartlesville, Inc. has purchased the former S. H. Kress Building located at 206 SE Frank Phillips Blvd. from Truity CU.  In partnership with Central National Bank, we purchased the historic building to create a permanent home for our operations in downtown Bartlesville.

The building will be going through a renovation to add an elevator, staircase, sprinkler system, create offices, and upgrade the electrical system along with a fresh coat of paint and sprucing up the flooring.  In order to pay for this extensive renovation in applied for and have received funding from the Lyon Foundation and are pending an answer from the Mabee Foundation and have working on a "capital campaign" aka our Pathway of Hope.

The Pathway of Hope will be placed in the front window of Hopestone for everyone to see.  It is made up of handmade engraved "stones" in varying sizes to show support for and honor those in our community who have gone through and/or are battling cancer.  Businesses are also invited to participate and show their support through participating in the Pathway of Hope fundraising effort.   Imagine the impact on a cancer patient to walk up to Hopestone for the first time and see that pathway full of names and businesses there to support them through Hopestone during such a difficult time in their lives.

The new facility will offer expanded classes, addition of a licensed Grief/Terminal Illness Counselor, massage therapy, a juicing area and nutritional classes.  We will also be able to rent out the space for company and private functions to increase revenue.
